Returns
- Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including in the original packaging.
- Personalised Items: Please note that items in the [Personalosed Items Collection] cannot be returned.
Return Shipping
- Free Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping for all eligible returns within the UK. To initiate a return, please contact us, and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
- No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a 10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
How to Initiate a Return

- Receive Prepaid Label: We will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
- Ship Item Back: Place the item securely in its original packaging, affix the prepaid shipping label, and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.
